1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Share Smart AI, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2. Beta access
Share Smart AI is currently in public beta. This means:
- The service is provided free of charge during beta
- Features may change, break, or be removed without notice
- We may need to take the service down for maintenance
- Beta access does not guarantee access to future paid plans
- Early beta users will receive preferential pricing when we launch paid plans
3. What you can do
- Upload documents you own or have rights to share
- Share documents with your recipients via the platform
- Use the AI Q&A features for legitimate business purposes
- Export your data at any time
4. What you cannot do
- Upload documents containing illegal content
- Use the platform to harass, deceive, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API
- Share access credentials with unauthorised parties
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
5. Your content
You own your documents. By uploading them, you grant Share Smart AI a limited licence to process them solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content. You can delete your documents and data at any time.
6. AI limitations
Our AI answers are grounded in the documents you upload and cite their source. However, AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it for important decisions. Do not use Share Smart AI as the sole basis for legal, financial, or medical decisions.
7. Service availability
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service during beta. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime or service disruptions.
8. Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We will notify you by email before making material changes to these terms.
