ShareSmartAI turns a document into an AI Skilled Agent that reads the intent and need and generates agentic skilled agents from your playbook for the document’s intent.
Each layer does one job. Together they turn a static file into something that answers for you.
Any file, structured
PDF, Word, slides, spreadsheets and questionnaires are read section by section. Requirements, dates and obligations are mapped, so every answer can point back to a page.
Intent and audience
The agent works out what the document is for and who is reading. A buyer’s legal team and a buyer’s engineers get different answers from the same source.
Your rules, built in
You decide what may be shared, what needs approval and who approves it. The playbook is plain language, not code.
Owns the outcome
One AI Skilled Agent per document, with the skilled agents it needs. It answers, escalates and keeps one version of the truth, so you stop chasing attachments.
Skilled agents for each document
The AI Skilled Agent generates the skilled agents a document’s intent and need call for, for example Security and Pricing for an RFP, or Legal and Compliance for a contract. Each takes the questions that fit it, and the agent assembles the answer.
A2A, MCP, connectors
The other side’s AI assistant can talk to yours over A2A. Data moves over MCP and connectors only when your playbook allows it.
Your customer may use an AI assistant too. Your AI Skilled Agent talks to it over A2A, and shares data over MCP only when your playbook allows it.
“Do you host customer data in Germany?”
“Checking your playbook. Hosting commitments need Legal approval.” It then sends you a decision to approve, edit or ask about. Once you approve, it replies in writing and publishes document v3.
It is an agentic AI agent created from one document. It reads what the document is for, generates the skilled agents it needs (security, pricing, legal and so on) from your playbook, knows who is asking, follows your playbook and brings you the decisions that need a person.
No. You upload the document you would have sent, set or pick a playbook, and share the agent instead of the file. Your customer can read it, ask it questions, or let their own AI assistant ask.
Only what your playbook allows. Anything outside the playbook is held, and the agent asks you before it answers.
Nothing. A person can use the agent in a browser. If they use an AI assistant, it can connect over A2A or MCP.
