3 roles open right now
Engineering
Senior AI / ML Engineer
● Actively hiring Full-time Denver, CO Β· Hybrid

You'd own our RAG pipeline: document embedding, retrieval tuning, and the guardrail layer that keeps AI answers grounded. Direct line to our CTO, real autonomy, and you'd be shaping the core intelligence of the product from day one.

What you'll do

  • Design and improve our RAG system built on pgvector and the Claude API
  • Own embedding quality across chunking strategies, similarity thresholds, and reranking
  • Build the guardrail layer that lets senders control exactly what the AI can and can't say
  • Run offline evals to measure answer quality across different document types
  • Keep things fast. Our target is under 800ms end-to-end and we take it seriously.
  • Prototype new features like multi-doc RAG, confidence scoring, and auto-summarization

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years of ML/AI engineering in production, not just notebooks
  • Deep knowledge of RAG systems: embedding models, vector search, chunking
  • Hands-on experience with Claude, OpenAI, or similar LLM APIs at scale
  • You care about measuring quality properly. Vibe-only evals make you just as uncomfortable as they make us.
  • Bonus: experience with pgvector, Neon, or PostgreSQL-based vector search

Product
AI Product Manager
● Actively hiring Full-time Remote

We've never had a dedicated PM. You'd work directly with the founders, own the roadmap, and have a real say in what gets built and why. You'd also be the one turning "what should the AI do?" into specs the team can actually ship. Full product surface from day one.

What you'll do

  • Own the roadmap. Prioritize with founders and be willing to defend your calls with data.
  • Run discovery interviews across legal, real estate, and SaaS verticals
  • Write AI feature specs: guardrails, gap analysis, confidence scoring, expert routing
  • Work closely with design so AI interactions feel trustworthy, not just clever
  • Own the product metrics that matter: answer quality, session depth, share-to-question ratio

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years as a PM at a B2B SaaS company. Background in AI or document products is a real plus.
  • Technical enough to write a solid spec and push back on engineering estimates
  • You've actually run customer discovery, not just read about how to do it
  • Comfortable with ambiguity. We don't have a 5-year roadmap and that's intentional.
  • Bonus: experience at Adobe, DocuSign, Box, Conga, or similar document companies

Customer Success
Customer Support & Success Lead
● Actively hiring Full-time Denver, CO Β· Hybrid

This is our first CS hire. You'd own the support inbox, run onboarding calls for new customers, and be the loudest internal advocate for our users. There's a real path to Head of Customer Success as the team grows.

What you'll do

  • Own the support inbox and keep response times tight across email and live chat
  • Build and maintain the help center knowledge base
  • Run onboarding calls for customers across legal, real estate, and SaaS
  • Spot churn signals early and reach out to at-risk accounts before things go sideways
  • Capture bugs, feature requests, and friction points, and bring them back to the product team

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years in support or customer success at a SaaS company
  • Clear, warm, and fast in writing. You'd pass a Hemingway test.
  • Technically curious. Not a coder, but comfortable with APIs and basic troubleshooting.
  • Self-directed. This is not a ticket-queue job. It's a "figure out what success looks like" role.
  • Bonus: experience supporting AI tools or document platforms
